You must also be a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or otherwise authorized individual in your jurisdiction to purchase research-grade compounds. PT Research Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by PT Research Labs are intended strictly for in vitro research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any use outside of a controlled laboratory or research environment. These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not approved for any medical, veterinary, or consumer use.

By purchasing from PT Research Labs, you represent and warrant that you will use all products solely for lawful research purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. PT Research Labs assumes no liability for any use of its products outside of their intended research context.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are order inquiries and are subject to acceptance by PT Research Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about the intended use of the products.

Payment is processed via Zelle or other methods specified at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping and return policies are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All sales are final except as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, and software, is the property of PT Research Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of PT Research Labs.

7. Prohibited Use

• Purchase products for human or animal consumption or therapeutic use
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Resell products without prior written authorization from PT Research Labs

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact PT Research Labs at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
