Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your inquiry is received and a separate shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is subject to a delay.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

PT Research Labs ships all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on the order size, destination, and product requirements. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. PT Research Labs is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to most standard orders. Orders that qualify for free shipping (via a promotional coupon or order threshold) will have the shipping charge waived at checkout.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Many of our peptide products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at room temperature during transit for short periods. However, once received, products should be stored according to the instructions provided with each product (typically refrigerated at 2–8°C for reconstituted solutions, or at room temperature for lyophilized powder prior to reconstitution).

PT Research Labs is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage by the customer after delivery.

Shipping Destinations

PT Research Labs currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Hawaii and Alaska orders may be subject to additional shipping charges and extended delivery times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier (as shown in the tracking information), PT Research Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered) by the carrier, please contact us at [email protected] with your order reference number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
